2. Discount codes cannot be combined with Black Friday offers. They are only valid for non-sale products outside the promotion period.
3. Flash Sale items are limited to 20 units per SKU per week, with three new products featured weekly — available while supplies last.
4. Orders over the specified thresholds are eligible for free gifts.
- If a customer returns items and the final order amount no longer qualifies, the free gift must be returned.
- If the gift has been opened or used, its value will be deducted from the refund, and return shipping/customs costs will be borne by the customer.
- If the issue is not caused by the customer, Magicshine will cover the cost.
5. Gift Selection Requirement:
Free gifts must be selected and added to the cart manually during checkout.
- If the package has not shipped, customers may contact us to add the eligible gift.
- If the package has already shipped and the gift was not added to the cart, it will be considered automatically forfeited, and no replacement or re-shipment will be issued.
6. Each week, the two highest total payment orders will receive a Christmas Gift Box. Winners will be announced by order number on the event page, and all Gift Boxes will be shipped after Dec 3, 2025.
- If a return causes the order to lose eligibility, the Gift Box must be returned.
- If it has been opened or used, customers must pay $219 USD (retail value), and return shipping/customs fees will be borne by the customer.
- If the issue is not customer-related, Magicshine will bear the cost.
7. Due to high order volume during Black Friday, order processing and shipping may be delayed by 1-2 business days. Please note that some orders may be split into multiple shipments. If you receive a package and notice missing items, please check your order details — any split shipments will include separate tracking numbers you can follow.
