The Magicshine Rewards Program is a program that allows customers to earn Magic Coins on magicshine.com (excluding third-party retailers like offline retailers, Amazon, eBay, etc.) that can be redeemed for rewards and member benefits as a thank-you for their loyalty.
2. How can I enroll in the Magicshine Loyalty Program?
If you already have an account on magicshine.com, you are already enrolled. Simply log in to your account. If you don't have an account, register for an Magicshine Loyalty account to start earning Magic Coins.
3. Can I merge two different Magicshine accounts?
No, Magic Coins earned on different accounts cannot be combined or aggregated for any reason.
4. Will my membership level drop if my remaining Magic Coins fall below the threshold for my current tier?
No, your membership level will not decrease when you spend your Magic Coins. Your status is based on your accumulated activity, not your current coin balance.
5. Can my Magic Coins expire?
Yes, Magic Coins are valid for two years from the date they are earned. Any unused coins will be automatically cleared after two years, so be sure to use them before they expire.
6. Will my coupon expire?
Yes, coupons are valid for two years from the date of issue. Be sure to use it before it expires.
7. Can I cancel, return, or exchange my rewards?
No. Once coins are redeemed, a reward (discount, product, or gift card) will be assigned, and we are unable to cancel the redemption and reapply the points to your Magicshine account.
8. Do you provide a warranty for redeemed products or gifts?
Yes, we do. Redeemed lights come with a 2-year warranty, while other items are covered for 1 year.
9. Do I need to pay for shipping when redeeming products or gifts?
No, shipping is free for all redeemed items.
10. Do I need to pay customs duties for my redeemed products or gifts?
We offer tax compensation for orders placed on magicshine.com.
If your redeemed item is included with a regular order, we will reimburse any customs duties you incur.
If the redeemed item is shipped on its own, you will be responsible for any applicable customs duties.
11. When will my redeemed products or gifts be shipped?
Your order will be processed within 48 hours after redemption.
