Discount

If your purchase is for personal/team use and not for resale, please contact support@magicshine.com. You may receive a discount of 20% or more, depending on the quantity and total amount of your order. If your purchase is for resale or you are seeking a dealership/distributor opportunity, please contact info@magicshine.com.

Simply enter the discount code at checkout. If the code doesn't work, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

1. "Enter a valid discount code or gift card." – This usually means there's a typo, extra/missing letter, number, symbol, or space. Please double-check and re-enter the code.

2. "… discount code isn't available to you right now." – The code may not be eligible for your account, or you’ve already used it the maximum number of times.

3. "… couldn't be used with your existing discounts." – The code cannot be combined with other discount codes.

4. "… discount code isn't valid for the items in your cart." – Your order value and/or quantity may not meet the minimum requirements for the discount code.

No, discount codes cannot be used during the Black Friday period.

Payment

For orders placed on magicshine.com, please contact support@magicshine.com and provide your order number (MS-XXXXX). We will send you the electronic invoice via email.

In most cases, you don't need to pay customs duties. If duties are required, please pay them first, and Magicshine will reimburse you (once per order). Simply send a copy of the duty invoice or payment receipt to support@magicshine.com. Once verified, the reimbursement will be processed within 7 business days as a refund to your original payment method.

If customs require additional documents, please contact support@magicshine.com first. We will provide the correct paperwork. Please do not submit documents on your own, as this may result in customs clearance failure.

Order

To cancel or modify your order, please email support@magicshine.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will handle it directly. For requests beyond 24 hours, processing will depend on whether the order has already been shipped.
