I needed my SeeMee 400 to be saddle mounted to be closer to the remote, as it sometimes took a couple in offs with the remote for it to come in with the headlight.
With this mount, instead of the seat post mount it gets it high enough to be seen over my bike rack and stays connected.

Perfect fit
I bought 2 of these and they both broke and one broke on install. I previously reviewed this product and my review was accepted but never published on MagicShine's site, making me think they are filtering out negative reviews. I would not recommend this product b/c the quarter turn piece is extremely fragile.
