Fit exactly as described. Saved my from buying a whole new light.
Was glad to be able to order a replacement base for my light, the new one fits a little tighter than the original though, have to push down kinda hard before I twist it to lock it/unlock it from the mount. It makes me worry about those two little fragile plastic tabs that hold the whole thing in place.
