This is my third battery pack

This is my third battery pack. I gave a review last year giving the whole system 5 stars. As far as quality there is nothing like it. Why did I give it three stars now? I bought the light two years ago and went through three batteries. Both the batteries broke exactly the same way. The part you insert the USBC came a part. The second one didn't last two months. IF the USBC part could be reinforced to be stronger.... I would give it 6 stars. Please fix this issue.

I have been using magicshine monteer 12000 on my scooter for almost a year. Firstly, the quality of the products are phenomenal. This battery pack is unbelievable. To light at 12000 lumens you will need serious power and this battery pack delivers. Charges my phone incredibly fast. When the USBC part lost an intergral piece, they sent me a replacement pack within a week of confirmation. I am so impressed.
