I wanted a bright road/ gravel light that was easy to mount and charge. With no cords and lasted for at least 3-5hrs. This light is great! Just what I wanted. And I got the Hori 1300 with this to use on my helmet and the SeeMee taillight-it's been really great combo.

I am a recumbent biker. The light is mounted between my feet. So a remote control is quite a plus. Having high beam available is also a plus in dark area's, especially when it's available from your handlebars.
The throw of the light has a cut-off, so allowed in the west European countries. 22 hours of light in low beam is very sufficient. I make long bike rides and a 5-hour life is sometimes not sufficient.
The B&M Ixon Space was the best light until now. Magicshine surpassed that by a large margin.

This is a fantastic light, however the next one needs and underside mounting configuration like the Hori series.

Another great light. My only complaint it seems a tad bit heavy.
