United States: For returns and refunds due to product quality issues within 7 days after confirmed delivery, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns and refunds requested within 7 days for reasons not related to product quality, a return is allowed if the product is in resellable condition; however, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Other Countries: For product with quality issues within 7 days after confirmed delivery, we offer a free replacement (resending only, no refunds). For non-quality related returns, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
