2. Return & Exchange Request Process
Send your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photo(s)/video(s) to:

Our support team will respond within 24 business hours (Mon–Fri).
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will proceed with the refund or replacement.
3. When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Please note that the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
