7. Customs Duties & Clearance Documents Required?
In most cases, you won't need to pay customs fees. However, if customs requires documentation:
Step 1: Please contact us at support@magicshine.com. We will provide the correct documents. Please do not submit documents on your own to avoid customs failure.
Step 2: If duties are charged, retain the payment receipt and email it to us. We will fully reimburse you within 1–2 business days.
Note: One customs duty reimbursement per order only.
8. Tracking Your Order
You can track your shipment in 3 ways:

Note: If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately due to warehouse differences. You will receive all tracking numbers via email.
9. Change of Shipping Address

10. Order Cancellation
