With Magicshine
Why did you choose Monteer 5000?
I’ve tried many lights through my mountainbiking life, and they have either not been powerful enough, or broke early on... Then I tried the Monteer 5000... So bright and so many different output settings makes it so practical for my night and evening riding... Battery life is excellent and reliability is perfect! Highly recommend this light if your looking for a light to buy once!!
Apart from Magicshine, have you used any other bike light brands? Can you list a few comparisons between their products and Magicshine's products?
I used nearly the whole market plate of Bike lights like Lupine, Supernova, Sigmasport, Busch & Müller and more. For myself the Magicshine products offer one of the best value for money as you get a lot of power for only a fraction of price like other brands. The Magicshine products are amazing for offroad usage like mtb / Gravel and more focused on that where as other Manufactures leaning more towards street / road and stvzo conform lights.
Can you share any feedback about us? Pros and cons.
I used the Monteer 5000s and it performed just amazing. The snow, the forest everything was well light up and good to see. I’d use it at night and in the darkness ofc. The light is more suited for Mountain and Gravel biking as it lights up a wide field of view and is very bright, for road usage it may only be used on lowest setting to not disturb other road users since it has no stvzo.
