How to check my order status?

You can query in the tracking interface of the official website, or check in the order interface at any time. After placing an order, we will update the logistics number in 48 hours (except on holidays). 

 

 

What countries do we ship to?

We can ship worldwide (except Russia and Ukraine), and our customer service will contact you promptly if we encounter special circumstances that prevent delivery.

 

 

How long does it take for your order to arrive?

Orders received before 23:00 PM (Pacific time) will be processed within 48 hours, and those received after 23:00 PM (Pacific time) will be processed on the next working day.

Parcels usually arrived within 5-15 days affected by local policies. For some areas,  affected by local policy, the shipping time could be delayed.  We will follow the latest logistics information in time for you.

 

 

How / when will you refund my tax?

In most cases, you do not need to pay duties and taxes. However, if it's charged, we will cover the tax (usually around 20%-30% of the product's declared value). You will need to pay the local customs dep first once the product arrives at the destination. Please email us the tax bill, and we will refund you within 1-2 days.


 

What's the shipping method? 

In most cases, we will choose DHL, UPS, and PPL these transportation companies for delivery. The choice of transportation companies may be different for different geographical locations.

In case of uncontrollable factors, such as natural disasters and epidemic situations, logistics will be delayed. We will contact customers regarding the delay issue.

 

 

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

 

 

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
